The Environmental Protection Agency in Cincinnati is one of many located across the country. Reason being is because their goal is to protect the environment and regulate pollution that corporations may release publicly. How EPA operates with the government is when Congress writes an environmental law they implement it by writing regulations. By doing so they set national standards that states. If a company/state can’t do this they will be enforced and educated to ensure that when EPA leaves they will be doing good practice.
