About

Hello, fellow quarantiners! Do you occasionally open your fridge, stare aimlessly at your food, and close it again? Frustrated that your pantry has a bunch of random ingredients you don’t remember buying? Need to use up sad looking kale or floppy squash? Look no further!

Welcome to The Quarantine Cookbook, a cookbook for the dark days of quarantine.

This cookbook was devised by Rebecca Wingo and Anjali Dutt. We went to the grocery store about 5 times to stock up our kitchen. Mostly, this was an excuse to buy more chocolate, but now that Ohio’s Shelter-In-Place order is in effect, we must begin rationing the chocolate and making real food instead.

Feel free leave a comment if you like our recipes or think you can do better. If you don’t have anything nice to say, we might let you say it anyway.

If you would like to contribute to our cookbook, please email quarantinecookbook2020 [at] gmail.com and we will make you a profile.

As roommates for all of a week now, we are confident that we have important recipes and life experiences to share.
