"This man is giving promise of doing very well. His own land seems not to be suitable for farming purposes. He is attempting to use some of his wife's land, which is better located. He is just now building a good house and with a more permanent home, he should take more interest in developing the farm and making profitable use of it. He is regarded as one of the more promising young men in the way of industry. He has been regarded as a very good hand on the range and should be capable to take care of his own stock and to accumulate more."
