"Augustine, the brother of White Hip, is reputed to be a very good farmer, attending closely to his business. They have some hay to sell and they have some prospect for a crop of grain.
John Grey Bull is another brother of Augustine Gray Bull, but he does nothing for himself. He has not been able to work for some time. He lives with his brothers, sometimes doing some errands for them. They use his land and he secures his support from the common fund. He plays the organ at the Mission Chapel. His daughter is this year attending school at the Catholic School in Great Falls, and he seems to be ambitious to have her continue and complete some definite course."
