"His real activity is confined mostly to driving to the Farm Station to get his monthly allowance check, or to inquire if it has come. So far as the records show, he has never been detected in doing any work and at his age, it is doubtful if he will ever be guilty of that act. He probably has had some little lease money coming in, or his share of Per Capita payments, and has managed to exist. He lives wherever he can find the most liberal supply of food. He stays with some of his relatives in the Big Horn Valley and then comes back to Pryor, visiting about from place to place, a nomadic parasite."
