"Vernon White Clay and his brother live together, work together, and own their equipment in common and are regarded as among the best farmers in their district. There is much room for improvement in the matter of their irrigating and taking care of heir land, but they do stay at home most of the time and give very good attention to their place. Vernon should build a new house of his own on his own allotment in order that hi might have his family separate from his brother’s, and he expresses the hope of doing so before very long."
