1922 Industrial Survey of Victor Three Irons

"This man has a very good education, knows very well how to work. He has been acting as an interpreter for the Examiner of Inheritance, so has most of his ground rented. He does a little farming. He has a nice looking house and barn, recently improved by the use of some of his children’s money. The house is just fairly well kept and modestly furnished. He has no automobile, which is to his credit. He used to dissipate, but we have heard no recent report of dissipation."
