"See the report of Charges Five. Carl Crooked Arm is a son-in-law and lives and works with Charges Five. They have some 280 acres of irrigated land. There is much more than they can work properly. They would produce a big income for all of them if the place was well arranged. They have always farmed some but not enough. They are starting in very well this spring. They should have considerable grain and hay. The implements horses and equipment generally is probably owned somewhat in partnership. They should really have another house and it might be advisable for them to separate their farm activity in order that each might know what belongs to him. They are making a very good showing this spring so far."
