Along Clifton Street there is a dormitory hall named Siddall Hall. Siddall was built back in 1964 where it could house up to 500 students for the University of Cincinnati. The dormitory is partnered next to Calhoun Hall, which was built in 1967, to connect to each other with them looking similar.

In Winter of 2022, residents from Siddall were moved over to the newly renovated Calhoun Hall due to the start of the renovation of Siddall Hall. The cost of the project is reportedly around 85 million dollars in which the building would be opened to students to live there in Fall 2024.
