This photo was taken in the University Of Cincinnati Armoury Field House. It was built in 1954, and was where the schools basketball teams until 5/3 Arena was built. Oscar Robinson played here, and anyone can get in and use it. As long as a school supported sports team isn’t.

My interpretation is how sometimes when an organisation has to split their money between lots of projects, some projects aren’t considered as much of a priority as others. Since 5/3 Arena has just been redone, it’s likely that the Fieldhouse will be pushed back farther on the list. More years to deteriorate.
