Chocolate: The Exhibition tells the story and history of the cacao bean and how the meaning and culture around it has changed over time. Specifically, this exhibit stretches from the Mayans to the current global market, with an emphasis current “cacao issues” and ethically sourced labor. At the end of the tour there a video that ask people to describe their first memory of chocolate, how chocolate makes them feel, and chocolate recipes they know. This exhibit is is curated in both English and Spanish.
