Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace

Juliette Gordon Low was the founder of Girl Scouts of America. She was born in Savannah, Georiga and her birthplace/childhood home serve as both historical landmark and museum. The Museum highlights Low’s life and a brief history of the Girl Scouts.

I didn’t get to go on the full tour when I visited but as both a former Girl Scout and a Kappa Delta (whose philanthropy is the Girl Scouts), I loved what I saw. It was also interesting to see the diverse groups of people who walked into the museums, from both Girl Scouts to random people off the street.
